Exhaust gases noise dampers

The dampers are designed to attenuate noise from exhausts of the combustion engines. The shell is made from black or stainless steel. Absorption cartridge consists of inflammable noise-dampening material being separated from the exhaust gases flow with perforated metal sheet and inflammable fabric.

The noise reduction properties of the damper depend on customer requirements. Commonplace is the technical assistance in designing of an appropriate damper based on input data (flow rate, pipeline dimensions, required attenuation, noise spectrum).

The exhaust gases are manufactured up to 4000mm in length, and in diameters from 220mm to 2000mm. Vertical and horizontal versions are available.

The design is plain flowing through, resonant, or combination of these. Noise attenuation D = 15–55dB.
